“The location within Charleston's French Quarter is superb, putting guests steps from the waterfront and historic landmarks; I appreciate the hotel's dedication to art, showcasing local artists throughout the property, and the rooftop bar undoubtedly provides memorable views. However, some rooms seem to need attention, and this is not in line with what one expects from a hotel with this reputation. It's a mixed bag of hits and misses.”
